Established in 2003, the MOLSON UNIVERSITY OLD STAR HOCKEY CHALLENGE provides former star players an opportunity to enjoy a hockey reunion with their alma mater teammates in a fun-filled alumni hockey tournament.

Beginning modestly in 2003 with four University alumni teams from Nova Scotia, today the tournament has grown into a ten-team format with 18 games over two days.The inaugural championship was captured by Saint Mary's Huskies.

UPEI Alumni Chapters serve as an ongoing forum for UPEI activities and a contact point for new alumni who come to the area.

Each UPEI Alumni Chapter hosts at minimum one event per year which brings alumni together to reminisce about the University, learn about the new and innovative projects UPEI is undertaking, and discover what new benefits and services are available to our alumni.
