Jessica Boyd is one of 15 science students who were awarded an Undergraduate Summer Research Award (USRA) from NSERC (the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council) for 2009. Jessica's research project, Phenomic characterization of the new Chilean strains of ISAV, was supervised by Dr. Frederick Kibenge, Professor, Department of Pathology and Microbiology.
