Learning Research Service Volunteer Engagement

The Educational Computer Network connects all the universities in New Brunswick (NB) and Prince Edward Island (PEI). It is dedicated to fostering co-operation and communication between academic IT support groups in NB and PEI. The co-operation includes joint projects such as combined anti-spam facilities and joint licensing of software. Sharing of information and best practices takes place through mailing lists, face-to-face meetings, and conferences. This is perhaps the most important relationship that the UPEI Computer Services department has with other organizations.
